"War is the continuation of state policy by other means" Von Clausewitz. A cursory reading of him will show the dichotomy between strategy and tactics. Perhaps New Scotland Yard are perusing him now? Stalingrad was not just house to house combat but room to room. The forthcoming summit in London presents the authorities with a dilemma. They must hold ExCel, where Obama and others are meeting. But that leaves the City of London. Short streets and tall buildings are ideal conditions for the "Government of the dead" and other groups close to the heart of Chris Knight. He wants us to "dance on the grave of capitalism". But is that the answer? The use of propaganda is worth examining. The public are told that the risk of the government falling is "moderate" but other states have "severe". Perhaps, as Von Paulus found out to his cost, the army and police underestimate the vitriol to be unleashed.
