Falklands/Malvinas aside the Argies do not give a fandango about Britain. Venezuela and Bolivia are both not fans, one can include Guatemala and Cuba but none of these nations pose a threat. Africa? After the Arab spring no worries there. Yemen as a seat for Al Qui'da, maybe, but it is a failed state akin to Somalia. Russia certainly but more in the line of economic warfare. China? Iran? North Korea? Enough already.
