Adolf trimmed his ordinary moustache after the Great War to look more like Chaplin who was the most popular and highest paid actor on earth at the time. It is a myth that Charles Chaplin had any Jewish ancestry on his Fathers side, they merely had biblical first names. Born only a few days apart both had a way with audiences.
