Tomorrow begins the 200 day work year for me...sigh. i've enjoyed my summer vaction, even though we never went farther then 150 miles from our home on visits or outings. We've spent a ton of time with friends, grilling, eating, getting hammered, and swimming. The girls are like fish now. Meghan can swim pretty good without her floaties. She's very proud of herself.
I didn't lose any weight this summer...again...oh well. Every year I say I will but even with all the exercising and mostly changing my diet to stuff that's healthier, I'm still a fatty. I guess I should just accept it and stay the way I am.
My dog's going to be lost this week. He's been snuggling up with me day and night this summer. He's an ass, but I love him. I'm going to miss him too.
Tomorrow will be mostly tolerable because while I'm working in the bookshelves I'll at least get to listen to good music. I finally broke down and bought myself a 2G mp3 player. No, it's not an ipod, those damn things are ridiculously high. It's just a plain ol' RCA. It'll do.
I'm going to get a new phone probably by Wednesday too because I killed my RAZR. I hope I don't hate it because it's not a flip phone, it slides up or twists to give me the use of a qwerty pad. Pantek makes it. I hope they're a good brand.
I guess that's it for now, I'll probably get on here in another month to do a real me post...I seem to post more to my gaming community, but that's only because my real life really is not all that interesting.
