Well I finished Mr. A.J. Drew's work
Well i finished A.j. Drew's book entitled 'A Wiccan Bible'-I actually enjoyed his work-while i did find some booboo's in the text ie camparing the Camenae with the Parcae (known as the Moirae to the greeks)-which i noticed right away as wrong-
However minus that error-I found his work to very opinionated and quiet enjoyable and what i found to be most refreshing was that he was honest in his statement that Wicca isn't an ancient religion but and modern religion -not to invalidate wiccans or wicca in anyway-But that is one of the things that turns me off the whole-Wicca is an ancient religion-yet, I have never been able to find it written in any ancient texts-Now i dont have any issue with wicca in any way-But i have to agree with Sannion-that Wicca is quiet elastic and you could infact apply to personal practices-
I think i will reread Grimassi's Italian Witchcraft. Now while yeah i can admit that Grimassi is fluffy-I don't have an issue-cuz in the end, i research their research and go from there-
Well that is it as far as the literature is going-
Life right now sucks ass. My job at the paper is starting to suck ass-i have been here one year and three months and i m still temp-I have to get my ass ingear and start looking for something else-and to worsen matters the 'design' coach is on my ass, well more like harassing me and belittiling me when no one is around-which it has been going on since i started and i have just had it-and lately-I m sick and fucking tired of dealing with stupid bullshit-
Well i watched Fellini's Satyricon-which i loved it-coocky-but i loved it-so i had to order the original latin work-leob classic -by Gaius Petronius-I also picked up Catallus' poems-as i hear they are uber loverly! So i can't wait to begin reading those works-but for right now my literary table is alil full- Book of Mormon-Pompeii-Celistine Prophecy -just to name a few of the text's that i have started and going on-
At lease that bring's alil joy to my ever busy world-
Did i mention that i hate my job-
