A barred owl flew in front of the car when we were almost home last night. Then I heard it--loud!--while I was outside with Pepper.
Amber and I watched a few hundred swans, geese, and ducks fly over us yesterday morning. I knew the skies near my work were often full off migrating swans and geese and hadn't stopped to wonder why. Amber cottoned on to the fact that they overnight at the swamp/conservation centre just down the street. Clever!
