A manifesto for Independents, Non-Combat Characters, Na'er Do Wells, and Magic Users
We the undersigned, declare ourselves to be unsatisfied with the current level of support for our character arch-types. We ask that the following concerns be considered for improving the game experience for all of us:
1. Fair and Equal Resource Advancement: Man should not have to live by trail thread alone.
2. Magic that Matters: If the warrior can kill it with 9 swings of a sword, we should be able to kill it with one ninth level spell.
3. Real Grit: Some like our role-play more true to life, with moral quandaries.
4. Story Impact: Everyone makes a contribution, and everyone should get a moment to shine regardless of how it is done.
5. Respect: We pay the same and get a fraction of the game resources. Either we get more support or pay less to be background.
6. People Matter: Factions shouldn't determine your access level to the game. If it does, then faction people should pay more.
7. Slaughter the Hogs: Greedy people who can't be happy with a reasonable amount of play need to be cut off or pay more.
8. Miniature Giant Space Hamsters: 'Cause in a game like this, everyone needs their Boo.
