hanging out, part 2
I hung out with rayrrr for the second time yesterday before he leaves this friday. This time we went to Providence. We had dinner at a resturaunt on Federal Hill. I thought it was an italian resteraunt until rayrrr pointed out it was a Lebanese one. We talked about jobs, his travels, investing, (i am looking to buy some stocks. If anyone knows of any good stocks, let me know) etc. Then we went to a bar. It was fun. The resturaunt was good, but not the greatest. It was a little overpriced. but the wine was pretty good. Anyway, It's more about the hanging out and not necassarily were we go. I had fun, but I wish we had more time to hang out. He said the same. We are trying to squeeze in one more time before he leaves. (is there spell check on here?)
I would like to visit him oversees one day. He will be in Korea then Japan. going to Japan would be nice, but that must be expensive and at least a 2 week trip. He has about 8 years left.
I tried looking on here to see if i posted about the previous times we hung out, but I couldn't find it. So i'll do a quick re-cap
The first time I was wicked nervous because we met online. But I'm glad we both decided to follow through and not chicken out. I believe he said he almost changed his mind. We meet at a Dunkin Donuts so that either one of us could bail out. I believe we went to Dave and Buster's or that may have been the second time. I also remember one time when he was here in the states. He invited me to Six Flags, but i didn't go. I forget why. I think i got his message/e-mail too late.
