Defining character roles? Classes do that already, try playing some Living games, if you're a cleric you HEAL, and help your soul if you don't.
Realise the online dungeon function for online games will be pirated/cracked/modded for non-subscription use. This may be the ONLY reason to use 4e, but if its anything like the other online GUI playing programs it will be complicated to get started.
