dogs bullets and carnage: The happy little tale of an albino puppy and friends' zany adventures. No seriously it's a really badass manga. Shooting and lip-ripping-off and GENETICALLY MODIFIED ORPHANS. And you come for the badass, but you stay for the Badou. (And the Mihai.)
mindless self indulgence: Most bands I put in my interests only stay there for so long. MSI is just so awesome, though, that they'll be around for a while yet. So irreverent and offensive... I saw them live once too and that was just terrible fun.
naked ape: Funniest pen name ever, except maybe Monkey Punch? Their style is just so beautiful... I owned the Switch artbook before I ever laid eyes on a volume of the manga. I love it just that much.
dissonance: I like when things don't go together. Things that are outlandish and opposite; they clash. But then somehow, in some way, it forces its own sound- it works together. (I always liked the name of that one Castlevania game... Harmony of Dissonance. How cool does that sound? Additionally, Juste was pretty.)
miwa shirow: Author and artist of the afore mentioned DOGS. Seems to be eh pretty cool guy. I love his art so much; the style is just so sharp and graphic! Plus, he seems to be interested in some of my own fandoms! He's drawn fanart for Guilty Gear, DDS, Persona, Devil Survivor, FFVII... how fantastic! He's firmly snuggled on my list of "people I want to sit down to lunch with and pick their brains". Also, I have a theory that he's Keita Saiki (who draws tremendous porn) secretly. I have no proof of this, but it would explain the difficulty with deadlines... >_>
So anyway, apparently I was supposed to start training for my job at Hannaford today, but they didn't tell us trainees that until after 12, when the training itself started at 12. GOOD JOB! Thumbs up to you.
