What do you love?: equal conversation about things I'm passionate about, intelligence, the arts, feminism
What do you hate?: ignorance, playing the victim, bullies
Describe yourself in three words: Half-hidden, intense, planned.
What do you fear most?: Not being loved.
Do you prefer to be stamped as a male or female character, or does it matter?: Doesn't matter.
CHOOSE
Duty or Adventure?: Duty, there is a time and place for adventure, but I prefer to avoid it.
Forgiveness or Revenge?: Forgiveness is hard to come by with me (I'm still holding a grudge since 5th grade from a girl who stole my favorite colored pencil, only half-jokingly) but I don't think I would ever take revenge action. I'll just take on the appearance of having forgiven them, because I would never want anyone to feel uncomfortable.
Lust or Innocence?: Oh, lust. Full on.
Beauty or Brains?: Brains!
Love or Ambition?: Love. But there needs to be some ambition there. I've refused to go on dates with people because they weren't interested in pursuing college. However, the kind of ambition we're looking at in Rome is a bit different. I think I would still want a little of that. Not simply content with sitting back.

Discrete or Tactless?: Very discrete.
Manipulative or Unassuming?: I've been manipulative without realizing it.
Dispassionate or Emotional?: Dispassionate, as of late. A mask of 'nothing' covers up a lot.
Leader or Follower?: I prefer to be on my own, but I do both pretty well, actually.
Outspoken or Shy?: Depends on the situation. Mostly shy. I suppose when I talk out I'm putting on a kind of act.
Arrogant or Humble?: A mix, but again, the arrogance is a kind of act.
Shrewd or Naive?: More shrewd. My naive days are far behind me.
ROME
Who is your favorite Rome character and why?: Octavia. She's so weak and lovely, and yet she has this wonderful strength that she completely discounts because everyone else does.
Who do you relate to the most?: Maybe Octavian. He has a genuine interest in learning, and I think that I probably would have reacted in a similar way if my sibling had come on to me. And later, his grappling for power seems like a reasonable response when faced with chaos. It's hard to look at things rationally when you are who everyone else is looking to. (Not to say that I've taken a dictatorial approach to teaching, far from it, but I can see how it would be easy to slip into).
Who is your least favorite Rome character and why?: Vorenus. At first I didn't like him because he was a jerk and he took away screen time from the fun part of the show, but then he was just more and more of a jerk, and I've never liked 'bromances' so he and Pullo never did it for me.
Do you have a favorite quote from the series? If so, what is it?: "A large penis is always welcome." Because, seriously.
QUESTIONS
How do you accomplish your goals?: I set out plans and then work on what needs to be done, piece by piece. If I need help, I ask for it (reluctantly).
Rome is slipping farther away from its republican days and into a dictatorship. Where do you see yourself amid the chaos? Where do your allegiances lie?: Quietly doing all I can to support those still working against the dictator. As a Roman citizen, I might not recognize this is wrong, but as a modern-day American, I can't stand for this to occur.
Brutus and Cassius: tyrant killers or filthy murderers?: Can't they be both?
A member of another powerful and influential family has insulted one of your own. What do you do about it?: This is stupid. What are we, pre-schoolers?
Anything else you think we should know?: Someone might think its important that I'm gay.
