Title: But in the suburbs
Author: yunitsa
Rating: PG-13
Pairing: Pullo/Eirene (Vorenus)

I don't know why there isn't a greater appreciation for this pairing; they're such a complex, bittersweet couple.
Much love; it was fantastically well-written, and you've got the character voices down so well, especially that sort of ambiguity of Eirene towards Pullo. ♥

Thank you! I wrote this partly to try and make sense of the dynamic between them - it doesn't help that it's only recently that Eirene's had much character development at all.

God, yes. You really nailed them, all Pullo's motivations-- I, anyway, think you're dead on. This was really lovely and a pleasure to read!

Thank you! I'm not sure why Pullo's the easiest for me to write, but he does seem to be.

That's a very intriguing take on the relationships between Eirene, Pullo and Vorenus - very much in-character and in tune with the latest episode despite your not having seen it yet. And your prose is just beautiful, particularly in those last few paragraphs. Thanks for the great read!

Thank you! There are so many ways to interpret it, and I was just to find one that worked for me - I'm glad that it seems to work for other people too.
