hmm.
for my final porfolio, we have to come up with a solid and obvious theme.
i want to do portraits, because its what im best at and enjoy the most.
but im a little stuck on the theme idea.
i know i want to do one each of the twelve most important people in my life,
or people im closest to or have been in the past year.
i know that i want them to be simple, with simple backgrounds.
all or most of the concentration should be on the face, or facial expressions.
so far my only idea is this:
a portrait of each of these people with a hand drawn self-portrait of, well, themselves.
but, as pointed out to me, it could go bad.
i need ideas. anyone have any lightbulbs?
