Students attempting to deliver a letter to Penn State President Graham Spanier's administrative assistant were locked out of the generally-open office suite without explanation. For about an hour, students continued to seek access to the office suite while various senior-level administrators refused to answer questions and started to give orders to arrest students if they did not leave after one more warning.
