So today while registering a new patient, I was entering her information and I asked her for her social security number. She said she wanted to keep that confidential, and so I moved on. I asked my next question: "Do you work outside the home?" She said yes. I asked her for her employer, and she said: "I prefer to keep that confidential."
So my thought is phone sex operator, hooker or spy. Given that she's now pregnant with twins, I really hope she's a phone sex operator, otherwise it's going to be a little iffy on the employment front.
I have taken a nice hot bath and now I think I'm going to lie down, listen to my ipod and try this whole storyboarding thing with notecards. Or sleep. I'm not sure which will really happen, but I'm betting on number two.
