corbae captured one of my favorite scenes in this - the casual way that Pete and Gabe are with each other, the way Jake is so relaxed. This is what they have the way other people see it, even if neither of them is quite there to see it themselves yet. Pete's total daaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaadness with his backpack and the fact that Jake has cotton candy. I want cotton candy. Seriously, so amazing. The colors and just the happiness it conveys makes me happy.
As for the mix that quintenttsy made, let me just say that I've been listening to this non-stop all night, and I just love it. Longing and insecurity and need and all the things I wanted to get across that Pete was feeling now that he's let himself start feeling again. Just so great.
