Blizzard
In case you haven't noticed (people outside the northeast exempt), there's a freakin' blizzard. Not very long after it all began, I averaged 12 mph getting home.
Then there are the drivers who, by not turning on their lights, display their lack of survival skills.
Along the way, I also noticed that someone did not like a particular utility pole and so removed it with their SUV.
A bit further on, a vehicle in front of me was spinning its wheels but not getting anywhere. I stopped my car, got out, pushed him a bit, keeping his rear tires from hitting the curb more than anything. I noticed that his car had a stick shift and I concluded that this young man had not driving in the snow with a manual transmission very much before.
Also, I don't very much like clearing the driveway of snow. I should avoid having one when I strike out on my own.
