Good Job Illini!

The season is over, and if you don't know already. The Illini lost, but you wanna know something else. . . It was a great season! The Illini tied for the most games in a season ever. They went to the first championship game ever in their 100 years of basketball. Bruce Webber won coach of the year. Dee won big ten player of the year and defensive player of the year. It is their 100th year anniversary. And if you think of their incredible come back to get to the final four- who couldn't help but smile. :) Not only that, but although we did lose, the Illini didn't give up. The Illini came back from a 15 point deficit and a 10 point deficit. They tied the game a number of times. They just couldn't win it. In the end though, if you think of all the good things that the Illini did this season you can't help but smile. :) My heart goes out to the men in orange and blue.
