Close your eyes and count to three,
You'll feel a comforting gust of sea breeze,
That's when you'll know I'm back once again.
Start leaning backwards right now,
I'll be back just in time to stop you falling,
We'll get up and walk away together again.
It doesn't matter how long I'm gone for,
It'll still be like four calendars put together,
But just know I'm thinking and wishing me back.
Don't be too shy to say goodbye to me,
Squeeze the freshest love from my fingertips,
As our arms stretch out both of our farewells.

This is possibly the most amazing poem I have ever read (and i've done some poetry reading in my life). One of my new Welsh friends wrote it!!! I felt compelled to share it with everyone else! It can probably relate to anyone! I know it relates to me...and not only because of Deven, but because of all the other people I've had to say "good-bye" to. :)
