Thanks! Yes, I don't know how any witch could resist him! I think the part of Daphne that didn't want to go to the opera was just making him sweat a bit, lol. They are my favorite characters to write, so I'm glad you enjoyed them.

Thanks! The are my favorite characters to write -- especially together! They play off of one another very well, and if I'm not careful, after hanging out with them for a while, I'll walk around being all snarky, lol.

I love Blaise's snarky dialogue, especially the "waterless Merpeople" comment, lol! Daphne's eye roll is just the right reaction, but so's the decision to forgo the opera!

Yay! Thanks! Blaise is quite the snarky guy -- and Daphne's not too bad at keeping up with him, lol. The Merpeople comment was one of my favorites, so I'm glad you liked it! Ah, and she does very well with her facial expressions -- I couldn't see her doing anything else there. They're both very glad they skipped the opera, too, lol.
