This put a big smile on my face. Marriage first (with children) love second--not the usual order of things, but well done here, and I liked how you evoked Dean from the little we know of him.

After Dean's months in hiding and then experiencing the battle, I thought he would have a difficult time reclaiming his life. (Of course Luna probably helped him quite a bit.) I could see Dean having compassion for the wizardlings and admiration for Megan, leading to a new purpose in his life.

Thanks so much for the lovely comment!

And here you were thinking this one would be difficult! I love it!

It's emotionally intricate and powerful, with a happy ending for everyone!

Wonderfully done, my friend!

Your icon is perfect for this fic!

This is the first time I've written either of this characters, but they were manageable. I like Dean even more now too. *g*

Thanks for the lovely complement!

I like how you thought about the orphans that doubtless would be left over from the war :D While not a typical arrangement, I'm so glad it worked out for the very best!

Lucky kids, and even luckier adults!

Those poor children deserved a new start in life, so I gave it to them. :)

I love this take you've done on one of my favorite romance plotlines! Awesome!

I've not run across this plotline before (in my segment of fandom). I'm pleased to know you thought it worked.

Thanks for reading and commenting!

Aww, that was absolutely charming. First comes marriage, then comes love :D

And the last bit just made me melty.

Aw, thank you! I think a solid marriage is based on mutual admiration, similar values, and compatibility. I tried to show Dean and Megan already had intimacy, and they took it to the next level.

Thanks for the lovely complement.
