Draco has a secret stash of dark chocolate imported from the finest chocolatier in Belgium. Crabbe and Goyle each have an excellent sense of smell, so Draco sometimes uses decoy milk chocolate from Honeydukes. He saves the good stuff to share with Pansy.

Draco just said something stupid about witches in front of a group of people, like all dumb teenage boys do, and Pansy took it personally. He needs to learn to be more sensitive, and she's just the witch to teach him. ;)
