I love the idea of Regulus getting a namesake. Goodness knows the poor boy deserves to be remembered somehow.

I agree! I imagine Regulus was a pet of the Black sisters, seeing as Sirius probably wasn't.

I believe it took a lot for Draco to consider having Regulus as a namesake for his son. It shows his growth of maturity well.

Very true. It seems to me that Draco and Regulus had a lot in common and were on the same miserable path as well. I only had 100 words to develop the idea of the namesake, but I did use the same names in my short story, Event Horizon (an alternative epilogue). Since they named their first born Scorpius, I figured Regulus wasn't too much of a stretch for boy number two. *grins*
