Last Soiree
I haven’t been able to write much of anything in the past couple of weeks, but not for the lack of trying. I’m sure it has a lot to do with what’s been going on in real life. I’ve also been reading a lot more, so I’m sure my brain has shut down all other functions in order to compensate.
I didn’t want to admit it, but this has been especially true for Rayne. It seems I’ve lost the connection. I noticed this has happened to f-listers before me and it’s sad. Like breaking up with your first love.
Anyways, when I saw the final list of nominations today I couldn’t help but smile. My face remembered how! It’s a nice last soiree. I wish I could get the feeling back, but I guess nothing lasts forever. That’s not to say I’m going to give up completely. In a perfect world I want to scrounge up inspiration enough to put a lid on several WIP’s.
