It was some time nearing evening now; Atem finding herself drawn out to the seemingly never ending maze of the gardens. Her hair was hanging loose against her shoulders, damp with the moisture of a recent shower, skin glowing slightly from the recent heat of it all. One step after the next, her movements were become more sluggish, heavy and tired. She of course would chalk it up to not having slept well since arriving. It seemed the most logical.
After a shaky turn, she reached out to place her hand against a nearby gazebo railing. Her eyes closed before she tried to shake away the feeling of heaviness in limbs. Once her eyes opened she thought noticed somebody, or was it her imagination?
"Hello?" A light call to whoever was waiting in the wings.
