Onsen Event / Seto Kaiba/ Bisexual

Oh great, looked like whatever was going on was messing with him again. An Onsen this time rather then a train? Well, it was better then the last trip, he needed a break and this was a good way to go about it. He threw on a gray yukata and grunted when he saw how low it displayed his chest and neck ( Read more... )

Another day, another agonizing search of the mansion. She would find that god damn Earl if it was the last thing she did. Despite the happenings in the garden and excluding the fact that they would have never happened without his interference, this was really unacceptable. Stealing people and doing whatever you wanted with them would not be tolerated and-

All of a sudden she felt like she couldn't breathe. And this doorway didn't lead to a normal room. Hm. Another one of those was it.

Before she was allowed any further she had signs and people telling her she wasn't allowed back somewhere wearing clothes. Whatever that meant. She found it distasteful but she wasn't exactly shy of her body so she discarded them and came out wearing a plain white, thin yukata. Not exactly her style but what more was she going to be able to do. She was clutching it closed as she walked out into the spring.

It seemed quiet, eerie, and still steamy and hot.

"Maybe I was wrong..."

Seto heard the familiar voice from over the wall between the men and women's side of the onsen. So Atem had found her way here too then? It didn't surprise him at all, poor girl was getting tossed every which way wasn't she?

"So you're here too." he spoke allowing his voice to echo in the otherwise empty onsen.

It was really hard to gauge who was there or not, but that was definitely Kaiba's voice. She didn't see him, though. It was slightly frustrating.

"Where are you?"

"The Men's side of the wall." He answered looking over at it. "It's how these things work."

"That's..." Well it was slightly disappointing. She didn't want to be here all by herself. Especially when it seemed this place had no merit. "Hold on."

So she was going to break the rules. Because if they were part of the Earl's rules then she didn't care about them. After just another moment she appeared on the other side, still looking leery about this whole place, still clutching her yukata closed since she hadn't tied it.

And Seto in his blanket not getting in the water or even attempting too, just enjoying the steam.

"Really now." Oh Atem you silly little girl.

"What?" She looked at him with a slightly expectant, slightly annoyed glare as she stepped in closer. It looked nearly identical to the other side it seemed. Though she was still moving around, trying to look in every nook and crevice, always on the hunt.

"If you have a problem with it I'll leave." Even though she didn't really want to.

"No, I'm just finding a lot of amusement in your constant need to be a rebel." He just snuggled down in that blanket and watches her move about the area. He'd saw nothing out of place so he didn't mind staying here for awhile, it was relaxing.

Well the steam was anyway.

"There are no real set rules here. I'm not doing anything wrong." She meant, of course, within the Earl's game that he'd provided them all with. Even if it wasn't a game. It had to be looked at like one. Or a puzzle. That was good too.

After another long moment her shoulders slumped with a sigh. There was never anything. How was she ever going to get anyone back home when the Earl never left anything behind? Another disappointment.

"Try not to focus so much on being trapped here for now Atem. Just relax. Nothing here is going to hurt us, try and enjoy it." Maybe it was the steam talking but right here was fine for him at the moment.

"Relaxing never got anything done." Another sigh, maybe spoken with a dejected tone as she glanced over at the other. Slowly she sank to her knees beside the water, dipping a hand in.

"Why any of this?" A subway station? An onsen? She didn't recognize these as anything connected to each other. Was it really possible these doorways were connected to other worlds? What if she never left? Could she find her way home simply through resistance?

The more she thought the more the distance in her eyes grew. Like she wasn't even there at all.

"Going by my theory before." Seto spoke up. "Someone, probably the Earl, wants to play cupid."

It took her a long while to response, almost like she hadn't heard him. Eventually she did speak up, her hand skimming the water again, though she didn't look any more coherent. Her voice was quiet.

"Then we're falling right into his game.."

"Are we now?" Seto asked. Though Atem had a point he was spending a lot more time with her. "You know even if we are playing his game I don't mind talking to you."

"It's not about that you would mind." She looked over at him, resting her hands in her lap for lack of anything better to do with them. She certainly didn't want to look like she was fidgeting.

"It's the fact that we wouldn't be as close as we are now without his motives pushing us there." Her head tilted, bangs hanging lightly over her eyes. "I wouldn't even..." Be alive.

"Well then don't you feel a little bit grateful? We're getting to know eachother." he noted. He sighed when she trailed off and moved closer making sure to keep the blanket around him.

"You know where I come from you're male." he said suddenly.
