After exploring The City for a while, you might find a rather nondescript brick building. It's nothing fancy, just another building stuck in the business district. The only notable thing about it is the golden letters spelling out CITY HALL affixed to the facade. Under that, there's a plastic banner hung up. The banner proudly states "WELCOME,

After a kind lady gave her some punch, Mozart led her to what felt like a picnic table beneath her hand, and Madoka sat down, petting her dog's head. "Where could we be, Mozart?" she asked him bemusedly, a little, perplexed frown on her lips. "We should ask for directions, ne?"

At the mention of Shido-san, Madoka's ideas were confirmed, and she gave him a nod and a smile. "Hello," she said politely. Neither of them might have been able to see, but those without sight were not robbed of other senses. She was certain he could hear her smile in her voice. "I am, yes. You are his friend too, ne? It's nice to hear you again."

"I am yes, Kakei Juubei and you are...Madoka-san correct? Kazuki has mentioned you on occasion as well." Juubei was polite enough, his head turning in her direction when she spoke. "Apparently we were not brought here by accident then, if we're meeting up like this."

Flopping down underneath an umbrella on the beach, sitting on a towel, she stared at the ocean with impassive eyes. Sooner or later, someone would come along and explain to her what was going on. And the sooner that happened, the sooner she could communicate her wish to go home, ASAP.

He strolled down the sand, keeping an eye out for tiny crabs and seashells to pick up along the way when his eyes landed on a figure under a nice umbrella.
"Ve~ You should be out in the water!"

"No swimsuit," she replied, scooting over on the towel so that she could stay under the shade. Because of her fair skin, she burned easily. "Besides, you aren't in the water either."
It was a good point!

The thought is completely innocent coming from someone who always forgets to put on pants after his afternoon siestas.

This place is... interesting. He hasn't tripped down any stairs yet, and the atmosphere is comfortable. Dino heads into the City Hall, shocked when he finds out it's a beach. But it's a beach. His situation suddenly seems a lot less problematic, and it's much more comforting here.

After standing in front of City Hall for a bit, he finally heads inside, a brow lifting as he suddenly steps into sand. Since when do city halls turn out to actually be beaches? Sand takes forever to get out of things. Why couldn't this have been a plain ole field? Or an Italian restaurant.

That's what he thinks until he notices a familiar head of brilliant hair. Him, in my dreams?. He smiles, walking over to join the familiar figure.
"Squalo?"

"Bucking Horse."
The mafia don certainly looked comfortable enough having taken off his shoes and all. Maybe Dino knew where the hell they were.
"Where are we?"

Nono was not expecting this. She had been expecting to wake up this morning, get in a quick workout before school, go and workout after school, clean the house, do her homework, go to bed and start the day over again. Add in the normal hassle of pretending to be Yuuta, and it was more than enough for any highschool student.
But this? No way. There was no way she'd just turned a corner and wound up in some kind of American city.
An American city with a beach inside of a building.
Right now, Yuuta's just standing there, dressed in his school uniform, totally in shock.

This made absolutely no sense and it just seemed like her life had been full of incidents like these ever since that night Dark had appeared. Riku stared out at the ocean a little shocked and half wondering if this had something to do with one of those paintings again. She brushed hair out of her eyes before noticing the boy in a school uniform.
"....I don't suppose you know anything about this?"

"Uh, it looks like a beach. Inside."

He hoped he wasn't interrupting anything. That would be pretty embarrassing otherwise.
