Aerith was in a garden admiring the flowers. A cool rush of air blowing against her face as she looked up at the night sky.
The stars in the sky seemed to twinkle at her as though they were saying hello. She smiled and thought o herself, "I wonder if anyone else out there is watching the same sky as me."
Suddenly, a shooting sky shot from the sky. It's rays leaving a long streak on the sky's dark navy sky. Aerith smiled and immediately placed her hands together to make a wish.
Aerith giggled and turned to look at the young man. "Well technically speaking. I didn't ask for any specific person." She said.
She bent down to pick up her basket of flowers and walked towards him while she was still looking at the sky. A couple more shooting stars shot through the sky's navy velvet coat.
"The sky holds many wishes that were never granted as well as those that already have been granted." She said as she stopped next to the man. "I have a couple more wishes that have yet to be granted."
She then paused and looked at the flowers in her basket.
"However. I mustn't be too greedy with my wishes." She said softly. "There are many more people out there who needs their wishes granted more than I do."
"All those wishes, huh? And here is was thinking it was just stars and airships."
He looked at the basket curiously when she picked it up, turning his head to the side a little in thought as he tried to remember the names of those kind of flowers. But his knowledge of horticulture was limited to 'this is poisonous and this is not poisonous' and eventually he shrugged, giving up.
"I wouldn't worry about it too much if I were you. Whole lot of stars up there, I'm sure it's more than enough for everyone to get what they need."
"Well some might be airships and some might be stars." Aerith said laughing slightly.
"People always tell me that it's useless wishing on these stars as they are just exploding balls of gas made up of mostly hydrogen and helium." Aerith continued as she sat down on a soft grass patch. "But, what's the harm in believing that these stars might really be able to grant wishes, right?"
Aerith picked up up a rose from her basket and traced it's soft petals with her fingers. "Stars can be like Flowers too." She said looked up at the man. "They're both fragile."

Bartz smiled, watching as the star travelled across the sky. "Guess I better not ask what you're wishin' for, miss. Wouldn't want to ruin it for you."

Turning her back to the young man once more she looked up at the sky.

And then a pause while he thought.
"Well, unless you were waiting on someone better. I can clear off if you wanted someone else."

Sitting down next to her, he looked up at the sky with a grin. "Hey stars, you hear me? Sure wish this pretty lady'd tell me her name."

"My name is Aerith. Aerith Gainsborough." She said with a smile. "And you are?"
