unconscious, when we're asleep or passed out. So does this mean we're no longer conscious beings when we are in a state of sleep? and if our consciousness reverses when we are out of it, does this make supposedly unconscious animals conscious during the period of sleep?
probably not, i'm guessing it's just a phrase. a slightly inaccurate phrase none the less, but ya know.
like disappointed. it's less than we want/expected. but still, if we get exactly what we wanted/expected we aren't appointed.
so the opposite is being glad or fulfilled or overjoyed. none of these have anything to do with appointing at all.
