I had designed this meeting to...see what we're all up to...maybe see if we could...be up to something if we're not but.....this is the biggest bunch of Time Lord under-achievers and losers that I think I've ever seen in a small place so...enjoy the booze. *knocks back a shot of something and heads into an adjoining room*
