Well, it's been a while, like since July 2007, but better late than never.
Breifly, still working at the crappy office, but all offices are crappy and even though my pay blows I like the work so I will tolerate the idiocy that abounds.
I moved out to Long Island in October into a lovely apartment that is above ground, so hopefully it won't flood (twice) like the last one. Oh yea, did I write about that last time? In July my apartment flooded twice. Mucho stuff got damaged including my laptop, which luckily has a full warranty still. Of course it flooded the 1st time while I was in LA for a week, as mentioned in my last post. I wasnt' there to clean it so when I got home all my shit had been soaking in water for 4 days! fun times...NOT. Also my landlady was selling the house and had an open house the day I returned, so I have to hide all my damaged property until the people left. That was very nice of me I must say.
It flooded again 2 weeks later, but i was home so no damage really. Then I stayed through Sept. and found a new place.
I met the most fabulous lovely man on the Long Island Rail Road one early morning (3:30am) when I was on my way home from a bar crawl in Manhattan. Lucky for me he had the nerve to come and talk to me, or I would not have met this awesome guy who is so compatible with me it's crazy. He even helped me move after we'd only been dating 3 weeks. He's a sweetheart. I think I'll keep him. He's the best and I love him dearly.
well, TTFN. Now that I have a library card, I might actually be online sometimes! No internent at home though, and this site is blocked at work. It's best to e-mail me if you have something important.
