Christmas is upon us. Well, more importantly Christmas EVE is upon us. See, our family celebrates on Christmas Eve more than on Christmas day. We go to evening mass at 6:30, then come home and hang out for a while, and then we have a monumental feast (this year I've been appointed to make a roast to feed the entire family...what an honor), and then around midnight-ish we exchange and open presents. And then we clean up, spend some quality family time late into the night and finally crash. Almost always a fantastic time.
As for other holidays, it seems as though the general concensus is Rolla will be the location of this New Year's festivities. So everyone pack your bags and head to our house, because we're going to have a grand ol' time in the "Middle of Everywhere." But actually, it's the middle of nowhere...
Anyways, I need to start wrapping up gifts and whatnot, and then head to bed. Pretty big day ahead of myself, as I recently realized I still have to buy a couple more last minute Christmas gifts. Whoops...
