(no subject)
So, Shari and I met up around 9 PM last night, and went to see Monsters, Inc. together. Absolutely hilarious movie, if you haven't seen it yet you really should. So anyway, we hung out in Ben and Jerry's till the show started, and then headed into the theatre, and picked one of the aisles where the armrests swing up, so we could push them out of our way and cuddle during the movie... (I know, I know, how unbearably cute can we get...) After the film, we hung out at the Silver Diner and chatted about random stuff over drinks and chicken satay until after 2 AM, and then drove me home and went our separate ways.
I had a really great time, all told, though I was kind of concerned that she'd taken a joke of mine too uncomfortably seriously, but I think it's all good. And it was worth it to see her face turn the same color as her shirt from blushing...
This Sunday, apparently I'm going up to Hershey Park with Shari, Vicky, and Vicky's family. Should be an interesting time... And tonight, we're meeting up at Brinkley's for game, so we'll see if we can weather another night of friendly jabs from the rest of our friends... :-)
