day one!
greetings from chicago!
my excitement is exploding all over the place.
seriously.
my apartment is amazing.
my roommates (amanda, nathan, max and alex) seem really cool and i think they like a lot of the same music as me (that's important). one of them plays guitar too.
i can't believe i'm finally here, and i'm so ready to get this summer rolling.
i'm frustrated because i still don't know if i have tickets for regina spektor on sunday, and i'll be really, really bummed if i don't … grr.
my internship starts wednesday, but i'm going to a meeting at venus on saturday. going to see/review coyote bones saturday night (band with people from tilly and the wall, the faint, bright eyes).
our internet went out today so i'm at a cafe half a block from my apartment. i'm going to apply to work here.
i'm gonna head back because i think my roommates are having people over.
