hello friends! once again we are calling on folks to help us finish the
community space that the greater pittsburgh anarchist collective (gpac)
has been renovating since last fall. it is located on the 1st floor of
5001 penn ave., next door to kraynick's in garfield. we are planning to
house food not bombs, a learn to dj for free program, free computers and
internet access, a library and regular film screenings among other
projects and events. we are in the process of planning an april benefit
show for legal funds for ian debeer, a graffiti writer who was recently
arrested and is facing unreasonably lengthy jail time and/or fines.
we are hoping that this space will be beneficial to many people, and your
help will not go unnoticed!! a volunteer appreciation party with lots of
goodies is in the works. any time you can stop by would be greatly
appreciated. thanks for your support!!
