Gobble, Gobble, and all that Shat
Derek and i made it safely to Alabama. We are snug and happy with his parents and siblings at the house in Daphne. we will be having dinner soon, really early, with leftovers and drinking later in the night. dinner will be just the immediate family and me, and all of the extended familia later in the night. sometime later today or tommorow morning, i will sojourn with Derek, Sean, and Megan to Fairhope and the sculpture park to take photos. for now, i am contended with a hot mug of coffee and a piece of my mother's wonderful coffee cake that she sent along. so, i am off to get ready for the meal, and i wish everyone a very Happy Thanksgiving.
