I finally have all the of the TWILIGHT ZONE series. I have always wanted to watch them in order, but only had seasons six and eight. I finally got season one and it is so weird. I use to watch this show every night in high school. I worked at the video store until about 10:30. I got home around 11:15, cooked some dinner and settled in to watch TWILIGHT ZONE at 11:30. I honestly thought i had seen them all. Guess I was wrong. Of course, back then I only liked the scary ones. I hated the "magical" ones. They usually involved old people. boring. Now of course, I love them.
Last night we watched one called ONE FOR THE ANGELS. It was a story about a salesman whose time has come. Mr. Death visits him and tells him that it is time to go. The salesman tricks Death by saying that he has never done that one "BIG" pitch. One for the angels! By the end of the 26 minutes i was a bawling mess. Hats off Rod Sterling! Great storytelling.
