Sooo... anyone wanna do a skype group thingy where we yap in bad Japanese and try to understand each other? I dunno about you, but I could use some practice just speaking the language, even if it ends up being gibberish :D

Yay! On weekdays, I get home from work at around 7:00 Pacific Time, but that might be a little late to talk (I'm also usually kind of tired after work). Weekends are usually a safe bet, though, since I'm almost never busy both days. This weekend, for instance, I don't have any plans yet, so if you wanted to talk on Saturday or Sunday that would work just fine -- just let me know the time! And next weekend etc. should have some free space as well if that would be more convenient.

Downtown Heart - I'm watching the Youtube video and I was kinda surprised that they even have people in nun costumes on stage XD. And I can see the Minagawa Junko has some makeup on that makes her look sliiiiightly darker, like she's got a really good tan. But it's a very mellow song and I kinda like it.

Prayer - Very catchy and his voice is actually kind of nice to listen to. But sometimes it seems like his voice wavers a little at times? And I'm really surprised he hasn't said ECSTASY~ once.

Zousan no Skantie - Sounds very... cracky. It's so lighthearted and very much not something Sanada or Tezuka would ever sing, even if they were ever high. But of course, that's what makes it so fun to listen to <3

Oh great, now I'm imagining Tezuka and Sanada high. XD; (Why did no one ever write that Prince of Tennis fic?) You're right, they wouldn't sing. They would probably be even more quiet and stoic than usual, except inside their heads their minds would be like cotton candy, and they would be obsessively fixating on, like, the unusually shiny surface of the floor. Unnerved, but unable to articulate what about it was creeping them out. Meanwhile Fuji would be acting exactly like he does when he's not high.

But thanks for sharing your thoughts~ I'm glad you like the songs! Downtown Heart has definitely been growing on me, but the singing nuns in the video kind of ruin it for me a little. >>; And yeah, I don't know if Shiraishi's VA is the strongest vocally; he can carry a tune, but he seems like he might have a little trouble sustaining notes. So catchy, though!
