Maryland Trip
Well I am home...I miss Shane like crazy already, but it is nice to be home. I'll do a day-by-day and hopefully remember stuff.
Wednesday-My flight so sooo delayed in Bangor because of snow. I almost missed my flight in Philly. If I was 30 seconds later, I would of missed it.The shitty thing is that my luggage got lost. But it came Thursday morning. But stupid me didn't put the shampoo in a bag and it exploded everywhere. To make a long story short, when I went to use my hair straightener the next day I got electrocuted. And I dont mean a lil shock, I mean my hand tingled for like 20 min.
Thursday- Thanksgiving!! Todd's (guy Shane works with) wife was also down and she cooked us all Thanksgiving dinner. We went somewhere...I just cant think of where. Maybe Mike just gave me a tour around. Yah that was it...He showed me downtown and other places. We were all starving so we ate at Wendys because it was the only place open, and they had their doors locked for some reason?
Friday-We went to Old Navy cause they were having a good sale. Shane bought be some SUPER warm pajama pants that I loooove!! We also went to the mall. It was about 9 times the size of the Portland mall...It was great!! Being the day after Thanksgiving the place was PACKED. So Mike decided after riding around the parking lot for 15 min that he would make a spot. He parked right on the grass on the median thinger. Um..Saw some pretty cool stuff and I have a good idea thanks to Mike, what to get Shane for Christmas!! Oh and the best part. Shane built me a monkey at Build-A-Bear. I would soooooo totally LOVE to work there
Saturday-We didn't do much of anything that I remember. I think we were going to go bowling but there was a tournament or something. So we went and ate at the Ground Round, which was pretty good. Then we went to Blockbuster and Shane bought the Devils Rejects, it was made my Rob Zombie. And it was stupid. THe guys seemed to like it but it was just too weird for me.
Sunday-We went to the big mall again. Mike had to return something that was "broke" Im not sure but I think it might have broke when Mike dropped it on the ground..lol I bought a book. We didn't stay very long. THe guys dont like shopping too much.
Monday- Got up at 4:00am. WAY too early for me. It was sad leaving :( Mike took me and Shane to the airport. I said my goodbyes to Shane and I did a damn good job of not crying too bad. There were a few tears, but I did good. Soooo...My flight got delayed in Philly, so I was there for like 5 hours today. Which sucked. I missed my English class...Not that I did my homework anyway.
It was a good trip overall. Im glad I got to spend time with Shane...I have some pics but Shane has to send them too me 1st. THen I will post
