The Fay'lia Empire has its sights set on being the only power in the multiverse. They are an ancient and powerful race, skilled in the arts of war and domination. To those who cooperate and allow their home universes to come under their sway, they promise peace and prosperity. To those who don't, they promise you a swift death. That is, if they're feeling merciful.
"You will never find a more wretched hive of scum and villainy."
Those who fight back are scattered, perpetually bickering. Your job is to navigate the web of interdimensional intrigue and persuade the various universes and factions to aid the rebellion. You do this from a teleporting space station made out of junk, inhabited by refugees from all over the multiverse, smugglers, pirates, hippies, mercenaries, bohemians, terrorists and you.

{Welcome to the True Game} Within the lands of the True Game, humans have come to possess any combination of eleven different talents. Beguiling, elating, firestarting, flight, healing, moving, necromancy, reading, seeing, shapeshifting, and storing. People can have complete control over only one ability, or moderate levels of up to four. The world is rife with the talented but it's usually rare to find two of the exact same combinations of talents

"Welcome to Sacrosanct. Please watch your step." Your first experience is falling.
The feeling doesn't last, however. Moments later, you're touching down. Maybe on soft bedrock, maybe in a pile of twisted metal. It doesn't matter if you break or tear something, don't worry, the station is equipped to fix you. Even if you die on impact, you can always try landing again.
Making it out of Zone 00 is just the first step of your life here on Sacrosanct. But it isn't the last. From the Junkyard, there are the 32 garden and residential zones, a completely contained, self-sustaining orbital station capable of bearing life up to a quarter of a billion people.
So you really have to ask: how come everything's deserted?
