I've made skurtchasor into a moderator for this community. I am not sure if that will allow him to delete spam; if not then inevitability will have to log in to give him maintainer power (I'm a mere maintainer; I gather I cannot give that power to others). Given the overall low traffic it may make sense to just switch this over to a moderated community and have him approve posts; which is something I can do.
