[Roland and Zell were right. It doesn't make any sense, but the world... The world changed. This isn't an underwater city any more. They're some place completely different, and there are giant metal -- things flying in the air, and non-humans everywhere... The underwater city was empty, and this place clearly isn't.
Roxas doesn't know where he is, he doesn't know how he got here, and he doesn't know how he's going to RTC get back to the Castle.
He especially doesn't know what he's supposed to do now. This isn't the world he was supposed to explore. Is he still on reconnaissance duty? Is he still on a mission? Does he still have to lay low and observe? He hasn't seen any Heartless on this world, either, so he can't fall back on just collecting hearts. What is he going to do?]
[Lost and confused Roxas is sitting on a random piece of wall and looking not only lost and confused, but completely out of place in his black Organization coat. If he doesn't snap out of his daze soon, he might never stop asking questions -- and he might just get mugged, too, considering he's not really paying attention.]
