[After a few minutes Chiaki figured that this wasn't Japan and no matter how hard these people dressed as anime characters tried... It was never going to be Japan. The pikachu behind him must have been stalking him since he stepped foot in the building and he was willing to bet that there wasn't a unreasonably hot chick inside that suit.]
