Yet another unglamorous way to die

[Must have been something he ate. Abel is looking none too healthy right now, about three shades of too gray with blood going down his chin. Of course, coughing only adds to that, and now he's shaking, eyes glazing over. If he had to die, why couldn't it be a quicker way than this?
