One more day
And we'll be looking at March.
February - my goal was just to get through it.
There was a reason my parents took the family vacation in March - a month out of school in Hawaii. February just takes it out of me. It wears me down - dark, stormy, rainy. Even here in San Francisco, CALIFORNIA - it's 28 days of misery (no offense, but Valentines day, President's Day weekend and Black History month just don't do it for me).
Since I've been on a fitness tear this month, 28 Feburary will be the 28th consecutive day I've either run or swam or done both (going for both today in about 15 minutes). My weight seems pegged at 170 - damn - but I feel light and look good.
Also, I've decided that in about 6 to 8 months I'm going to get me a motorcycle.
I'm going to do this patiently.
First, I'm going to get my learner's permit.
Then, I'm off to motorcycle safety school.
Then, I'll get my M1/M2 endorsement.
Get my gear off eBay - Helmet, chaps, gloves and raingear (can't operate in SF without raingear). It's stuff like this that eBay was made for.
Lastly, I'll get my bike. Right now, I'm thinking a good beginner/intermediate bike, like a Kawasaki 500R Ninja.
