Back when Gainesville first was making waves about leaving the Kingdom and becoming a freehold.. But Nooooo... "We just want to swing a stick, our people don't care about awards, or Kingdom status"..
Now its a thinly (very thin) veiled "How come the Kingdom Seat is in Gainesville?"
followed by a separate party accusing us of intentional douchebaggery.
Except that I remind them "You're a freehold. You can never get larger than shire as a freehold.."
Then wait.. here comes Brennon to his Squires rescue "Yes they can.. If the COM approves it.."

The BL Corpora, Contract are quite clear that a freehold cannot become a Kingdom. Further, if they decide to petition another Kingdom, such as perhaps Glen's Knights (Brennon) Kingdom of EH. Neverwinter can refuse.
Oh, but then the COM could decide to intercede. Yep, and then they'd place a group who decided to stop playing within the parameters of the Amtgard Contract as a group; and become a freehold, as a group sponsored by a 3rd Kingdom, in the middle of 1 Kingdom. Hypothetically, if that WERE too happen; what happens then to the 'other' groups surrounding Gainesville who are a part of NW?
