The last Nintendo Direct is pretty awesome. Since Nintendo is the one who will be publishing Bravely Default in NA/EU, I guess SquareEnix gave up on the localization a while ago. DQVIIr will prolly be published by Nintendo too, I guess... in late 2014. Haha, better late than never.
Io x MC x Daichi canon OT3 confirmed.
Daichi is actually the Atsuro of DS2, meaning he's a pretty strong human character in battle.

I guess the anime killed him off? Well, he can die early in the game if you didn't make it in time. He's didn't die a heroic death, though.
Since the anime MC is a pretty nice guy who wants to protect his friends and bla bla, I'm guessing the anime will follow the Neutral-Daichi route? The Anguished One (that Kaworu-wannabe guy) route is also possible. I highly doubt it will go the Yamato-Chaos/Meritocracy route unless Hibiki suddenly become an ass.
