As of 1605H on 06052006, Skye Fiinix of the Elder Flame, Lord of Nordmaar, God of Chaos and Destruction is dead. His sons, the crown prince Rebellion found him in his bed, eyes closed as if in sleep. When he checked for his father's pulse, it was gone. His aura as well was gone. A trace of energy was found in the soulcage of the Ars Menas, as confirmed by the Malak Aemuot. However, this little sliver of energy is not enough to reincarnate him.
Needless to say, Skye is finally gone.
For good.

I saw him last night. He looked paler than usual. I asked him if he was ok. He gave me a weak smile and a nod, waving it off. I saw his eyes wandering to my scythe. He whispered something in aramaic I couldn't hear, what more understand and bade me leave. I thought he'd be alright. We always thought he would be.
Not this time.
I was just minding my own business, trying to keep busy when I find out this has happened. I don't think he meant to die. I think... there was just too much on his mind. He's been busy, worried over his children, worried about his work, regretting over Erii, Defiance's death as well... I suppose it was inevitable. He didn't get a chance to rest. His aura must've whittled away little by little...

I'm so sorry. I would've saved him if I could but...even the Malak Aemuot's position won't allow me to bring his spirit back.
