"I Think There's A Squirrel Inside the House"
This morning I got a text on my blackberry from J:
J: Dududude
J: I think there's a squirrel inside the house
E: Oh no where?
J: I don't know I swear the kitchen
E: ? Have u seen it?
J: It happened as soon as i woke up
J: So I'm unsure the realness
J: But I swear I saw a squirrel
E: Oh
J: Tail and everything
E: Ummm let me know if u see it again?
That was the last I heard. Now I am preparing to go home, wondering...
Squirrel Update:
J is not home but the broom and mop are lying on the floor. The stuff around the window in the kitchen is knocked over. The screen window has a big rip in it, plus debris.
J(via bbm) - maybe it ran out the window?
e - did you chase it out with broom?
J - no i waited a while then it wasn't around. i got so tripped out. i didn't know it was real.
There really was a squirrel! I think! So now I guess I get a new screen. But once it gets a taste of man food there's no turning back.
Addendum
It ate part of a freshly baked chocolate muffin that was on the counter top!!!
