Well today has been a good day and i dont no y im in such a good mood but i guess that doesnt really matter.
Soccer season has started and i haved realized that soccer is my curse and my only answer to that curse... but anyway we have already lost one guy do to an injury and we dont no how long hes gonna be out he tore ligememnts in the back of his knee. Well be alright though. I hope well do better than last year and think we might cause these freshmen r wheeling to work so we chould when more games but were based strictly on offense. our defense is gonna have to come from our ability to passs the ball, that shouldnt be as hard as it was last year concidering last year all the seniors all thought they were the shit and only passed to themselves. im determined to do all i can this year to help the team. This means im gonna start runnin and workin out every day.so heres my schedule:
week 1 - 2 miles and swimming 5 laps
week 2 - 3 miles and swimming 7 laps
week 3 - 4 miles and swimming 8 laps
week 4 - 4 miles and swimming 9 laps
any way though well see if i can do it and ill adjust it to that. I also plan on workin out to but i dont no if thatll end up bein to much or not with runnin and swimmin ill prolly be done by the end of that.
